Sponsored Post – Property leasing can be a time-consuming business, but obtaining good tenants quickly is something that ensures property owners achieve the very best out of their investment.
Wellington-based boutique property management company Stable Property Management has completely a highly successful first-quarter leasing season, averaging a three-day turnaround for their properties between one tenancy ending and another commencing.
What are they doing that’s different?
Stable Property director Lincoln Carlyle puts it down – in part at least – to effective use of social media marketing.
“We put this (successful leasing) down to effective use of marketing channels and, of course, responsive service meeting the needs of the market rather than expecting the market to fit in with us – that means showing properties on demand.
“We use our own website stableproperty.co.nz, Trade Me and Facebook as advertising mediums. We find that Facebook works really well, as our followers often share posts with friends who are looking for a flat, and they contact us directly.
“We’ve recently started using RealEstate.co.nz as an additional platform, so there are more eyeballs looking at your property when it’s advertised. This is at no additional cost to you as we are happy to absorb this.
“The leasing season is a time of year when we’re frantic – entry condition reports and final inspections need to be completed, fresh photos (both advertising and condition) are captured, the necessary showings are conducted, required maintenance is managed and so the list goes on – and we just get on and do it.
“If we’re not in touch as much as we could be during this period, please don’t think we’re not working on your behalf. We absolutely are, and if there’s anything we need to let you know about, we will.”
Stable Property Management provide a full range of property management appraisals and management solutions and are readily available to speak with clients or potential clients any time.
